"I’ve had StateFarm for a long time. This past year my husband and I have had many unpleasant experiences particularly with Margaret. Her communication is poor and her customer service/phone etiquette is rude. Margaret will tell us one thing but the app or insurance card doesn’t match even after a significant period of time has elapsed, she gives us one price but our bills don’t reflect or match what she says, she takes no responsibility for what she says or for any mistakes she makes. What makes it worse is when we call her up to ask questions wondering why something doesn’t seem right or asking for clarification we get snapped at on the phone and told to be quiet by her. We have never been anything but understanding and respectful. It’s inappropriate to be spoken to this way over normal questions. In our opinion she seems to not like to be questioned about anything at all. I shouldn’t feel like I’m preparing for an argument or walking on eggshells when calling my insurance agent just to ask why my information is incorrect. It’s sad. I shouldn’t have to feel like I need to change my insurance company or location just because of one person."

"Not too happy with State Farm here lately, since these rates and fees started going up! I cannot handle my monthly rate going up every month?!! For 1 car full coverage.. let’s not forget the Rental Insurance. Fees and rated are going up! that’s all I hear from Margret. I was told it’ll go back to normal, it just takes time…. I’m not happy about State Farm raising my monthly payment EVERY month! This month is over $240! It’s just ridiculous.. they should try and keep the customers that pay there Insurance and that’s been with State Farm for awhile instead of losing them."

"Worst customer service ever. Margaret needs to get customer service training. We are with State Farm over 30 years and very upsetting for one person to effect the company name such a negative way."
